The Sports Performance and Prevention Conference (SPPC) returns for 2019, bringing together a wide range of industry experts from across the New Zealand’s sporting spectrum as well as invited internationally renowned professionals, for an incredibly valuable learning and sharing opportunity in New Zealand Sport.

The SPPC is the perfect 1-day event for anyone involved in the NZ sporting industry with the responsibility for ensuring the; development, performance, welfare and health of our everyday athletes and sports people of NZ. We welcome the likes of; community sport development personnel, strength & conditioning coaches, physiotherapists and sports physicians, through to high-performance and coaching personnel within both national and regional sports, across all sporting codes.

‘The Everyday Athlete’ will be the central theme for 2019’s conference. With presentations focused around sports performance, injury prevention, the female athlete, coach responsibility and health and well-being within sport, ensuring the everyday athlete plus our sportsmen and women remain in the game, playing and performing well. We will have both local and internationally renowned professionals sharing their expert advice with practical learnings you can practically implement within your sport.
